Dr Parks, though speedy and to the point, seems like a fine physician. However, my encounters with Patricia, at the front desk, were EXTREMELY frustrating. I had called to make an appointment for removal of a broken tooth. She told me when she had availability, I wrote it down on my calendar, and, I showed up, the next day, for the appointment. Trying to check in, she says I wrote it down wrong and that my appointment was for the following week. If I'd been told that on the phone, I wouldn't have agreed to that appointment. I was in pain and needed help NOW! Anyway, went home, came back 1 week later (where she apparently had scheduled my appointment) and met with Dr Parks, he made a treatment plan and had me go get scheduled. They could not see me again, to deal with my issue, for another THREE weeks! I was told there was nothing they could do, so, I set the appointment. The following day, I just couldn't stand it anymore and I found an emergency dentist and had the offending tooth removed. Hallelujah! Anyway, I called this morning to cancel my scheduled appointment, as it was no longer necessary. Patricia wanted to know WHY I hadn't bothered to call, to see if I could be seen earl

Dr. Parks is the best oral surgeon I have had. He is fast yet very thorough. He performed two procedures for me, an extraction and an implant. The recovery on both procedures wad pain-free. The implant was executed precisely with perfect alignment. The anesthetic was injected well with effective numbing. The implant procedure took about 20 minutes. When I commented about the speed/efficiency, his response was "all I did was drill a hole and put in. a screw". You will like this guy; he is great!

Dr. Parks is amazing! He is thorough and goes over everything to make sure that you understand what to expect and what to do for aftercare. He provides top notch care and I have not had any issues with the implants he did for me. Highly recommend.

He pulled my wisdom tooth. One office visit and never had a problem after that. Reasonable price very professional. Highly recommend him. 100% worth driving to Tyler instead of Longview.

I have had major dental issues over the course of my life and never have I had as seamless an experience as I did with Dr. Parks today. His manner is both positive and reassuring. My extraction was easier than I ever could have imagined. I would recommend traveling to Tyler, Texas for treatment - and I mean a long way!
